1. What we collect

We collect the minimum needed to run the service: your email address, a display name of your choosing, your conversations with companions, and payment records handled by our payment processor. We never ask for your real name, address, or identity documents.

2. How conversations are used

Your conversations exist to give your companion memory and continuity. They are encrypted in transit and at rest, and are never sold, shared with advertisers, or used to train models for other users. Deleting your account permanently erases all conversations and memories within 30 days.

3. Discreet billing

Charges appear on your statement under a neutral descriptor that does not mention Limerly.AI or the nature of the service. Invoices are available only inside your account area.

4. Your rights (GDPR)

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data at any time by writing to privacy@limerly.ai. We respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

5. Age requirement

Limerly.AI is strictly reserved for adults aged 18 and over. Accounts found to belong to minors are deleted immediately together with all associated data.

6. Cookies

We use only functional cookies: session login and your language preference. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used.
