1. The service

Limerly.AI provides fictional AI companions for entertainment. Conversations are generated by artificial intelligence: the companions are not real people, and nothing they say constitutes professional, medical, legal or financial advice.

2. Eligibility (18+)

The service is strictly reserved for adults aged 18 or over. By creating an account you confirm your age; accounts found to belong to minors are removed together with all their data.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for what happens under your account. One account per person; do not share, sell or transfer it. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or violate these terms.

4. Plans, payments and tokens

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime from your account page and keep the benefits until the end of the billing period. Tokens are a virtual currency for extras inside the service: they never expire, but they have no cash value and are not refundable once spent.

5. Acceptable use

Adult role-play between consenting adults is part of the service, within the boundaries built into each companion. It is forbidden to use the service for anything illegal, for content involving minors, real violence or hate, or to harass the humans who operate the platform.

6. Liability and changes

The service is provided "as is": we work hard to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update these terms; substantial changes will be announced on the site. How we handle your data is described in the privacy policy.
